Based on its latest testing, Consumer Reports named three sunscreens CR Best Buys: No-Ad Sport SPF 50 lotion ($10), Equate Sport Continuous Spray SPF 30 (Walmart $8) and Equate Ultra Protection lotion SPF 50 (Walmart, $9).

The top-rated product, scoring 100, was La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Melt-in Sunscreen Milk. It sells for around $36 for a 5 oz. container.

Consumer Reports tested several sunscreens that contain minerals as their active ingredients - either zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. None of the five is recommended.

The Environmental Working Group just released its 2015 report on sunscreens which found that many of them are either dangerous or don't live up to their sun protection claims. Here is their full report.

The CDC estimates that 48 million people in the U.S. - that's one out of six Americans - get sick from contaminated food each year. Americans who eat at restaurants are twice as likely to get food poisoning compared to those who eat at home, according to the Outbreak Alert! 2014 study from the Center for Science in the Public Interest.

A new study of dog bites done by the Mayo Clinic finds that more than half the dogs belonged to the patient's immediate family.
